We are thrilled to share that after a year and a half of closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic, McMaster Museum of Art is reopening to the public on Tuesday, September 14th, 2021.
On view now at the M(M)A: Immune Nations, curated by Natalie Loveless.
Here’s what you need to know:
Entry to the museum will be by timed appointment. Each appointment is scheduled for 1 hour and allows up to 15 visitors in the museum at a time. To book an appointment, please visit our booking page.
In accordance with McMaster University’s vaccination mandate, all visitors who wish to visit McMaster University must provide proof of vaccination at least one hour before your first time attending a McMaster location and show confirmation that proof has been uploaded to enter.
Staff, students, and faculty may submit their proof using the MacCheck app.
Public visitors must download the McMaster Safety App to any internet connected Apple or Android device, click “MacCheck: Your COVID-19 Digital Tool” and follow the prompts (register as a guest) to upload proof of vaccination.
Please download the approval on your phone and be prepared to show this confirmation/approval to gain entry to the museum. Photo ID is required. Masks are also required inside the museum at all times.
If you are not fully vaccinated, visitors cannot attend a McMaster location.
