The McMaster Museum of Art warmly welcomes Iśa Wuol to the museum team!
Iśa joins the M(M)A on August 15th and will be working in the position of Information Officer at the museum until July 2023.
In this role, she will perform a variety of reception duties including providing information on exhibits and collections at the museum to the visiting public and offering front-of-house support.
Iśa has prior experience collaborating with the M(M)A. In 2020, she assisted with the curation of a Black student exhibition, Fresh Faces in Black Canadian Art, displayed in the museum’s Education Gallery in conjunction with the Deanna Bowen: A Harlem Nocturne exhibition. We very much look forward to the new and exciting contributions and perspectives she will bring to the M(M)A.
Please join us in welcoming Iśa to the museum and be sure to take the opportunity to say hello next time you visit!
