Last week, we welcomed Art Historian Dr. Robert J. Belton to the Museum where he delivered a public talk on Paralanguage – what it is, how visual artists use it, and how it imparts meaning in specific works of expressionist art now on display in the Museum.
Thank you Dr. Belton for an eye-opening and lively talk, as well as the discussion that followed. We look forward to reading your essay “Expressionism’s Paralanguage” in the forthcoming Living Building Thinking publication.
