Join us for Slow Art Day at McMaster Museum of Art
Saturday April 9, 12 – 3 pm.
Look long at five works of art and discuss the experience over a free catered lunch.
Slow Art Day is a worldwide celebration of art that encourages people to look at art SLOWLY – and thereby experience art in a new way. It’s run by volunteers and past host Rachel Tirone returns this year to lead the event once again. The five artworks include selections from the Museum’s permanent collection – Rachel is considering works by Pablo Picasso and Max Klinger – as well as selections from McMaster’s graduating student art exhibition.
