An update on some of McMaster’s art collection currently touring to beautiful venues and new audiences.

The Unvarnished Truth: Exploring the Material History of Paintings
October 7 – November 27

The Unvarnished Truth is organized and circulated by the McMaster Museum of Art, with support of support of the Museums Assistance Program, Canadian Heritage and the Ontario Arts Council. The touring exhibition travels next to Agnes Etherington Art Centre at Queens University in 2017.

Brenda Francis Pelkey: A Retrospective
October 22, 2016 – January 22, 2017

Curated by Catharine Mastin. This exhibition includes two photographs from McMaster Museum of Art’s collection. It will tour to Mount St.Vincent University Art Gallery in 2017 and Art Gallery of Peterborough in 2018.
