Congratulations to the McMaster BFA class of 2015 – an exceptional group of emerging artists – and their understandably proud faculty in the School of the Arts.
400+ visitors joined us at the Museum this past Saturday for the annual SUMMA show reception. It was a lively celebration of the graduating students’ exhibition and significant achievements with exciting awards and announcements, and performances by Ailish Corbett and Alana Petrella, Check out the photos below – and don’t miss the show which continues until April 25!
Thank you to Ivan Jurakic, for your insights, sensitivity and enthusiastic engagement in the role of Guest Curator for this exhibition, not to mention your time (in addition to being Director/Curator of the University of Waterloo Art Gallery, Ivan is a practicing artist and member of the TH&B Collective whose large-scale artist project TH&B UNITED opened in The Cotton Factory in Hamilton on Saturday night.)
