This week, artists, and installation experts from around the globe have been busy at the McMaster Museum of Art, installing art in preparation for the opening of the new exhibition, About the Mind. Thank you to all involved in this installation process especially Josh Cleminson and Leigh Russell.
Installation continues today. Here are some shots of the installation in progress along with finished views of the artworks from previous venues.
About the Mind opens with a reception and artist talk by Mischa Kuball this Thursday evening, artist talks by Wyn Geleynse and Paulette Phillips on January 31, and continues until March 30, 2013.
Mischa Kuball and his work have been brought to McMaster in partnership with the Goethe-Institut. Kuball will be speaking at the Goethe-Institut Toronto on Friday January 25, 5-6. details.
